CHLOE REUTER | Founder & CEO

Chloe founded Reuter Communications in January 2010 with a clear objective to build a world class communications agency in China focusing on premium lifestyle brands. In 2015 the Agency was shortlisted for “Best Independent Agency of the Year” in Greater China by Campaign.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Chloe worked as a journalist for over a decade with Reuters TV, Bloomberg TV and Channel 4 News, before switching to public relations by heading up DDB China Group’s corporate communications for four years.
Originally from Luxembourg and the UK, Chloe has lived in Asia since 1993 and is a graduate of Chinese Studies and Japanese from Durham University and the People’s University of China (Beijing). She is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
She is frequently quoted in publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal to Thoughtful Media and The Economist. She has a blog on Huffington Post and has spoken at the Walpole Greater China Luxury Summit in London and Luxury Society.

NICK CAKEBREAD | Managing Partner

Nick is an award-winning, senior marketing and communications specialist. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising and communications, he has worked both on the agency and client side.
He has held senior roles including Managing Director at BBDO Live China, one of the world’s top-ranked creative agencies, and Head of Marketing and Communications for Burberry, China.
His experience spans three continents where he has managed teams and led regional and local marketing and communications campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.
He has worked in London, Beijing, Sydney and Shanghai, and advises clients within the luxury industry on brand strategy, marketing, communications and digital, as well as helping them better understand the fast evolving affluent Asian consumer and market. In 2015, Nick was named one of Campaign Magazine’s “40 under 40”.

LILIAN LEE | Partner & Head of Digital Innovation

Lilian has more than 18 years’ experience in digital marketing, brand management and content strategy for premium and luxury brands. Her work spans across major brands including Mercedes-Benz.com, Citibank.com, W Hotels and Moët Hennessy.
Most recently, Lilian held senior, regional digital positions with HSBC and Standard Chartered. In 2013, she led a global brand campaign nominated for the Cannes Lions Grand Prix Innovation category.
Before this, she worked on the agency side at DDB, Critical Mass, Hall & Partners and Ketchum. Lilian brings to the role an international mindset and deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific region with a career spanning New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong and San Francisco.
Lilian is a graduate of the selective Omnicom MBA Leadership Program. She holds a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing from Northwestern University.
